Description of the service

HEKTA is a web service that creates a tarot reading, as text and in voice, from the details you enter and the cards you choose.

The service is intended for entertainment purposes

The service is intended for entertainment purposes. A reading does not replace the advice of a doctor, a lawyer or a financial adviser, and makes no promises about outcomes.

For health questions, turn to a doctor; for legal questions, to a lawyer; for money matters, to a financial adviser. The decisions are your own.

Artificial intelligence

The reader is an artificial intelligence, not a human. Its words are generated automatically and may be inaccurate.

Account and login

The service may be used by persons aged 18 and over.

You log in with an email link or a Google account. By logging in you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.

Keep access to your email to yourself. The login link is meant only for you.

User obligations

Use the service only for yourself and in a lawful way.

Do not try to disrupt the service, bypass its protections or use it to collect other people's data.

Payments, refunds and credit

Credit expires 12 months after the purchase. Credit is spent from the oldest purchase first. Expired credit is not refunded. We send you an email reminder 30 days before it expires. Deleting the account also removes unused credit.

If the service is unavailable through our fault for more than 24 hours at a time, we extend the credit validity by at least the same time.

You buy credit through Maksekeskus. Packages (credits – price): 10 – €4.99; 25 – €9.99; 60 – €19.99. You can also choose a free amount of €3.00–€100.00; the server calculates the number of credits and you see it before you buy.

Prices of actions in credits: birth chart – free; reading – 2; follow-up question – 1; monthly reading – 5; weekly reading – 3; card of the week – free for logged-in users; day reading – 1; relationship compatibility – 5; voice call – 2 for each minute started. We ask you to confirm before credit is spent. The daily card is free.

The seller is not registered for VAT and the prices are final.

You can request a refund of unused credit within 14 days of the purchase. The unused part is found by taking spending from the oldest purchase first. The refund amount is the unused share of the purchase price, rounded down to the cent. We make the refund through Maksekeskus within 14 days of receiving the request at the latest, to the same payment method, and the matching credit is then removed from your balance.

Credit that has been used is not refunded.

If a birth chart, a reading or a follow-up question fails because of a server or model error before the result is given, the credit is returned automatically. If a voice call does not connect, its first minute is returned.

A reading is entertainment. Buying credit does not promise any outcome of a reading.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the credit purchase contract within 14 days of the purchase without giving a reason. To withdraw, submit a refund request in your account view or write to info@hekta.ee stating your account email address and the purchase.

We refund the money for unused credit within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice at the latest, to the same payment method you used.

When you confirm spending credit (birth chart, reading, follow-up question or voice call), you ask for the service to be provided immediately. For the credit used, the service is fully provided by that action and, with your consent, the right of withdrawal for that part ends (Law of Obligations Act § 53(4) points 1 and 13).

Availability of the service and liability

We do everything reasonable to keep the service working, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance and repairs.

We are not liable for decisions you make based on a reading. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months, except in the case of intent or gross negligence and where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

Deleting the account

You can delete your account yourself in your account view. Deleting removes your account and email address, the Google link, logins and all your readings. Data left in backups disappears only when the backups are replaced (up to 14 days).

Changes to the terms

The terms may change. Each version of the terms has an identifier (currently 2026-10-18) that is saved together with your consent.

We inform you of significant changes on the site or by email before they take effect. The price and validity of credit already bought do not change retroactively.

Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, write to info@hekta.ee. We reply within 15 days.

If we cannot reach an agreement, you can turn free of charge to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (www.ttja.ee) or to a court.

These terms are governed by Estonian law. This does not deprive you as a consumer of rights under the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
